Es por esto que la <strong>chufa<\/strong> es uno de esos alimentos que por sus <strong>propiedades nutricionales y organol\u00e9pticas<\/strong> se encuadra perfectamente en <strong>dietas<\/strong> que buscan el equilibrio.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La chufa es un tub\u00e9rculo propio tanto del tr\u00f3pico como del Mediterr\u00e1neo. En la zona mediterr\u00e1nea destacan por su <strong>dulce sabor<\/strong> las del levante de la pen\u00ednsula ib\u00e9rica (Valencia).<\/p>\n<h2>Composici\u00f3n nutricional<\/h2>\n<p>100 gramos de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.composicionnutricional.com\/alimentos\/CHUFA-1\">chufa <\/a>nos podr\u00edan aportar:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Energ\u00eda: 403 kcal.<\/li>\n<li>Prote\u00ednas:\u00a04,3 g.<\/li>\n<li>Carbohidratos (gl\u00facidos):\u00a023,8 g.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fibra: 11,7 g.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Calcio:\u00a048 mg.<\/li>\n<li>Hierro:\u00a03,2 mg.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u00bfQu\u00e9 aportan todas esas propiedades?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ideal para dietas deportivas, por su alto <strong>contenido cal\u00f3rico<\/strong> y en <strong>carbohidratos<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Altos valores de <strong>l\u00edpidos<\/strong>, fundamentalmente monoinsaturados (que parece ser que ayudan a reducir los niveles de colesterol LDL).<\/li>\n<li>Contenido en\u00a0<strong>hierro<\/strong> bastante alto.
