{"id":3812,"date":"2014-06-20T21:02:15","date_gmt":"2014-06-20T19:02:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tigernuts.proyectosbeta.com\/tigernuts-energy-balls-2\/"},"modified":"2021-07-26T18:40:11","modified_gmt":"2021-07-26T16:40:11","slug":"petites-boules-denergie-au-souchet-43","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tigernuts.com\/fr\/blog\/petites-boules-denergie-au-souchet-43\/","title":{"rendered":"Petites boules d\u2019\u00e9nergie au souchet"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Pour une vingtaine de boules :<br \/>\n150 g de dattes (id\u00e9alement des Medjool)<br \/>\n100 g de souchet entier<br \/>\n50 g d\u2019\u00e9corces d\u2019oranges confites, cannelle en poudre ou 1 cm de gingembre frais et gingembre en poudre<\/p>\n<p>Vingt quatre heures \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance, mettre le souchet \u00e0 tremper dans un bol d&rsquo;eau.<br \/>\nDans un autre bol, faire tremper les dattes.<\/p>\n<p>Le lendemain, \u00e9goutter soigneusement le souchet, le s\u00e9cher et le mixer en poudre fine.<br \/>\nD\u00e9noyauter les dattes et les mixer \u00e9galement jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te (au besoin, ajouter un peu d&rsquo;eau de trempage).<br \/>\nM\u00e9langer la p\u00e2te de dattes avec le souchet moulu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour des boules oranges-cannelle:<\/strong><br \/>\nCouper les \u00e9corces d\u2019oranges confites en tout petits morceaux. Les m\u00e9langer \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. D\u00e9tailler la p\u00e2te en petits morceaux, les rouler au creux de la paume pour former des boules. Mettre un peu de cannelle en poudre dans une assiette creuse et rouler les boules pour les enrober d\u2019\u00e9pice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour des boules au gingembre : <\/strong><br \/>\n\u00c9plucher et r\u00e2per finement 1 doigt de gingembre frais, l&rsquo;ajouter au m\u00e9lange de souchet et de dattes. D\u00e9tailler la p\u00e2te en petits morceaux, les rouler au creux de la paume pour former des boules.
