On ne se surprend pas, en tenant compte que le capitalisme de consommation d\u00e9veloppe avec fr\u00e9quence des aliments transform\u00e9s et riches en sucre, hydrates de carbone et graisses fortement addictifs : pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, ce qu\u2019il ne faut pas manger dans ce r\u00e9gime pal\u00e9o pour qu\u2019il soit r\u00e9ussi et obtenir des habitudes de vie saine et de bien-\u00eatre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le r\u00e9gime pal\u00e9o se compose de quatre grands blocs. Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, on a d\u00e9couvert que cet aliment comporte une source de nutriments extraordinaires.
