CREAM CHEESE WITH TIGERNUT, GARLIC AND BASIL INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS
150 ml. Coarse chopped Tigernuts Oliv oil 1 krm salt 200 ml. Cottage Cheese 150 ml. Philadelphia 1 ½ clove of garlic 4-6 fresh coarse chopped basil leafs
Roast Tigernuts in a frying pan with olive oil and salt. Combine Cottage Cheese, Philadelphia, garlic and basil. Add the roasted Tigernuts. Can be served on crackers, flatbread, toast French bread or placed as a dip.
